“Words cannot describe how difficult it is to lose someone. I lost my father last week and it was my first experience in losing anyone close to me. Darst Funeral Home went above and beyond what was expected of them and I greatly appreciate everything they have done for me and my family. A lot is involved when a person passes away, Mr. Darst and Mr. Winslow helped me and my family every step of the way. Even when we changed our minds about things five or six times, their goal was answering every question and making sure that we got exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price. I cannot thank you enough, Mr. Darst, for everything!” – Angela Peters

“I cannot thank all of you enough for all you did to make this difficult time as easy as possible. The employees of Darst Funeral Home were all so gracious and so caring, I can’t even begin to tell you what it meant to me. Your professionalism and compassion rank above all others and I know my beloved husband would have really liked the service.” – Suzanne L.
“A very special place for people in need built by a very special man with a special plan.” – Manuel Benitez III
“Christine Price recently made the arrangements for the burial of my wife, Judith Ann Sheehy Johle. From our very first meeting on the day before my wife died until the closing of the casket at the final burial at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Christine took charge and made the experience very stress free and easy for me. The viewing at the Darst Funeral Home on Friday night was beautiful and all the guests commented on how realistic and at peace my wife appeared. The funeral service at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church on Saturday was extremely well coordinated with Father Bill Richter and took place without any problems. The burial at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery on Monday, February 11 was also well coordinated with their Family Service Counselor, Paul Stafford, so that no problems occurred. I really enjoyed working with Christine in my time of grief and sorrow. I believe that Christine is a really fine asset to the Darst Funeral Home. ” – Richard (Dick) Johle
Our sincere thanks to the Darst Funeral Home for a JOB WELL DONE.” – Apolonio Baca and Family
