OBITUARY

Kevin Michael Stagg, also known as Mike, was born on December 29th, 1976, to Julie Hammond and John F. Stagg in Houston, TX. He was the first of 3 children. He attended Porter Elementary as a child, and grew to graduate from Cy Falls High School.

He had a special talent for being able to quote bible verses for any situation. He loved listening to music, and could be seen listening to any and all kinds of genres, outside of opera. His favorite hobbies include playing the guitar and playing with the family dog.

He is preceded in death by his step-father Dennis Hammond. He is survived by his parents, Julie Hammond, and John F. Stagg and wife Rhonda Stagg; his siblings, Patrick Hammond of California, Kimberly Hammond of the US Navy, and Timothy Hammond of Washington State; Grandmother, Dolores McClere of Kingwood, Texas; and numerous family members and friends. He will be missed, dearly.

  1. Mike was always such a smart person from the time he was a little boy to an adult. He was a gentle soul and always so polite to everyone. We will miss him.

  6. My brother Mike, man I’m gonna miss those guitar riffs and primus references and book of useless knowledge information and references to Beavis and Butthead. I’m gonna miss those times of playing Mario bros and duck hunt on Nintendo. The long walks to the river and back. And I’ll never forget macaroni and cheese on a plate with a fork. And I’ll never forget all the episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000(MST3K) that you recorded and brought over for me to watch with you. I know that you are now at peace. Rest under our Lords wings, I know we will see each other again. I love you Mike. And Mom I am so sorry, but I know he is in a better place and he’s not suffering. I love you Mom

  7. Julie I am so sorry we are unable to be there with you but do know our thought & prayers are & we are here for you….. Love You
