Delane Suzanne Winberg-Webb, age 64, passed away on October 8th, 2022 with her husband at her side. Susie was born in Beaumont, Texas and graduated from Forest Park High School. After two years at Lamar, she began working as a bookkeeper. Over the next years of her life, she began working for several companies and individuals. She became very skilled at finding money that was owed back to her customers.
Growing up, the family spent almost every weekend on the bolivar peninsula with Mama Jen. This started Susie’s lifelong love of the beach. She went fishing every opportunity she got, but she was mostly happy just sitting in a chair, soaking up the sun and listening to the waves.
Susie is preceded in death by her mother, Lucy Della Soukup and her father, Travis Walker Winberg II. She is survived by her loving husband Robert Webb; brothers, Travis Walker Winberg III (Terry) of Palm Springs, CA, Timothy Winberg of Nederland, TX, and Thomas Winberg and wife Jana of Silsbee, TX.
