Delmer Allan Steer was born in La Lima, Honduras where he attended La Esteban Guardiola followed by El Instituto Patria from 1962-1967. He graduated from La Universidad Autónoma de Honduras as an Engineer in 1969
He then transferred to Monterey, Mexico on a scholarship where he played basketball and graduated in 1975 from El Instituto Tecnológico y de estudios Superiores de Monterrey as an Agricultural Engineer.

Seeking higher education he moved to the United States with his wife and 2 children. In 1980 he graduated from Utah State University with a Masters degree in Irrigations Systems.

He didn’t stop learning and studying medical alternative therapies to help sick people who had no economic resources improving their health and quality of life.
Later in life he learned how to build websites and SEO and helped small businesses grow to six figures in a very short period of time.
He never stopped helping others and in his last video captured before he died he said “Don’t forget to extend your hand to help those who are in need”, a principle he always practice and he was known for.
That’ll make you realize what kind of person our beloved Delmer Allan Steer was. He will be missed by everyone he touched and remembered forever!

  5. I have known Allan and Suyapa for 44 years. They were our neighbors in Logan Utah, at Utah State University. In fact they helped us move into our apartment. We were only there two years but they are very special, long time friends. Allan will be deeply missed, such a kind soul. Our deepest condolences to Suyapa and family. ❤️
