Obituary
Robert Earl McDonald peacefully passed away Monday, July 5, 2021, at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston at the age of 88.
He is survived by his brothers Ed McDonald and Jimmy McDonald, his nephews and nieces, Louise Webster, Terri Adams, Edward McDonald Jr., Diane McClusky, Kathleen McDonald, Kenneth Parrish, Timmy Parrish, Billy McDonald Jr., Raymond McDonald, Bobby McDonald, Billy Paul McDonald, Polly McDonald, Rob McDonald, Jimmy McDonald Jr., Michael McDonald, Paul McDonald, many Great Nephews and Nieces and friend/longtime employee Servondo Martinez.
Robert was preceded in death by his father Raymond McDonald, his mother Emmie McDonald, his sisters Louise McDonald and Bettye Parrish, bother Billy McDonald and his nephew Steve Parrish.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Darst Funeral Home located at 796 Russell Palmer Rd, Kingwood, TX 77339.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 9, 2021, at 11:00AM at Key Life Fellowship located at 22774 Antique Ln, New Caney, TX 77357 with burial service to follow at Brookside Funeral Home located 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 7703

He was a good one and will be missed.
We want to express our heartfelt condolences to the McDonald family during this time of loss. I know how much Robert meant to my sons and know that he has always been a strong force in this family. He and Jimmy were always so close as brothers and looked out for each other. I am sure Jim is feeling this loss greatly and needs our prayers. May God Bless all who feel Robert’s loss.
