I love you Jake. I loved all of our conspiracy theories that the family always said we were crazy about, I loved all of our weird pictures because we never knew how to make a serious face, I loved our music concerts we’d have together, I loved all of the precious memories you left with me. Thank you for being my brother.
Dear Jake,
I want you to know that the memories I have of you are from the best times in my life! It is terribly hard to say goodbye! You were special and I will never forget you! I wish we were in your old Jetta, and you were teaching me how to drive stick shift again. I’m glad we got to reminisce recently on a couple good HS stories. This is so sad, but I know heaven has a perfectly selfless new angel!
My heart breaks for his family. Rest In Peace, sweet friend.
One of my favorite memories with Jacob was when he accompanied me to Arandas to pick up some take out. We sat inside in a booth, with incorrectly typed signs that said “this table is close”. We had a good laugh, and he took of his mask for a minute. He put it back on, and we laughed and started to kiss with our masks on. It was probably not smart, or sanitary. But we laughed and smiled, talked about margaritas we liked, and talked about how he was at an Arandas about a decade ago after he got kicked out of a misfits concert.
Hurts my heart that you are gone buddy, we always had a great time together. I could never forget your laugh.
