OBITUARY

Patsy Sue Cahn, (Nana) was born in Houston, Texas on July 24, 1927 to Jeff and Hazel Taylor. She gently passed away in the arms our Lord Jesus Christ on June 26, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.

Her passions were shopping, meeting people while shopping, sneaking away to shop when her hubby was away, and shopping or cooking for her daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren. As part of who she was, Patsy and her Christian faith guided her through life as she instilled her love for Jesus Christ into her loved ones. Patsy had the biggest heart for everyone she met, and family always came first.

Patsy was preceded in death by her loving husband Lamar (Bubba) Cahn, and her daughter Janice Volino. She is survived by one sibling, Kay Ruffino, Carl Ruffino (Husband) from Pearland, Texas, her Daughters Layna Netek, Michael Netek (Husband) in Kingwood, Texas, Sandra Spinks, Stacy Spinks (Husband) Somerville, Texas, Ginger Thomas, Houston, Texas. She was also blessed with seven grandsons, Miles Thomas. Ryan Thomas, Robert Volino of Houston, Texas, Jay Gately of Somerville, Texas, Jordan Moore of San Diego, California, Daniel Moore, Brooke Moore (Wife) of Spring, Texas, Taylor Netek of Pasadena, California, and four Great- Grandchildren, Dylan, Rowan, Hazel Moore and FJ Gately.

Our family will be celebrating her life next Thursday June 24th at Darst Funeral Home 796 Russell Palmer Rd, Kingwood, TX starting at 11:00 a.m. A reception following the celebration will be held in Amedeos in Kingwood.
